Mr. William Zachariah Propst, 78, of Franklin, WV passed away Friday, March 18, 2011 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He was born March 23, 1932 at Franklin, WV and was the son of the late Edward Terry Propst and Ada Catherine Bowers Propst. He was a farmer and a member of Faith Lutheran Church. He never married. William is survived by - Two sisters - Velma Smith of Monterey, VA Arleta Mullins of Orange, VA He was preceded in death by a brother, John Clinton Propst and a sister, Laurine Bowman Propst. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, March 21, 2011 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, West Virginia with Pastor Calvin Bailey and Rev. Napoleon Mullins officiating. Burial will be at the Dickenson Mountain Cemetery, Franklin, West Virginia. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00 AM Monday at the funeral home.
