William Joseph "Joe" Hedrick, 70, of Brandywine, WV died Wednesday, May 11, 2011 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV. He was born February 12, 1941 at Brandywine and was the son of Virgil and Pauline Hedrick. Joe was a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy from 1959 - 1963. He was a self-employed contractor. Surviving are - His wife - Mary Strawderman Hedrick, whom he married February 22, 1962 One daughter - Jill Garrison of Stafford, VA Two sons - Kevin Hedrick of Bracey, VA Christopher Hedrick of North Myrtle Beach, SC One sister - Judy Blosser of Harrisonburg, VA Two brothers - Gary Hedrick of Mt.
