Thomas Franklin "Frankie" Miller, 69, of Riverton, WV, passed away Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the Martinsburg V.A. Medical Center Hospice and Palliative Care Unit after a brief spiritual care time with his immediate family, chaplain and nursing staff.

Born July 3, 1950 at Goodland, Kansas, he was the son of the late Lowell Thomas "Bud" Miller and Lucille C. Tiller (DOD: March 4, 2006) and stepfather, Robert I. Tiller, III (DOD: March 31, 2006).

Frankie was a Veteran, having served his country in the U.S. Navy, and following the footsteps of his father.  He received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal w/ Star, Vietnam Campaign Medal W/D (60-), and Matrious Unit Commendation Ribbon.  He was a member of Petersburg V.F.W. Post 6454 and Petersburg American Legion Post 78.

He had a passion for fishing and was also a gifted wood maker and builder.

Surviving are Gary and Debra, Jeremy, Andrea, Callie and Abigail Judy and Rhiannon and Ben Phares and Benson.  He also had friends and cousins scattered through the mid-west, along the east coast and in northern New York.

Burial was private per his request at the North Fork Memorial Cemetery in Riverton, West Virginia, where he was laid to rest by his mother.  Rev. Fletcher Hutcheson, Jr. officiated at the service.  Gary Judy, Jeremy Judy, Ben Phares, Jerry Ruddle and Morris Ruddle served as his pallbearers.
