Thomas Marshall Austin, 74, of Rockingham, VA passed away Sunday, July 26, 2020 at his home.

He was born December 26, 1945 at Gary, Indiana and was the son of the late George Marshall Austin and Anne Ruth Licari Austin.

Thomas was a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy, and was Superintendent of Public Works for the City of Harrisonburg. He was a member of the Dayton United Methodist Church.

He is survived by -

His wife - Judy Grogg Austin, whom he married Feb. 19, 1971

A son - Marshall Austin (& Nicole)  of Florida

A brother - David Austin (& Kathy) of Plymouth, Indiana

And two grandchildren

His body has been cremated and all services will be private.
