Mr. Therman Casto Puffenbarger, Jr., 41, of Brandywine, WV died Monday, October 4, 2010 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA. He was born May 7, 1969 at Harrisonburg, VA and was the son of Sylvia Lamb Neil of Pendleton Manor, Franklin, WV and the late Therman C. Puffenbarger, Sr. He was a 1988 graduate of Franklin High School, a laborer and a member of the Crummetts Run Church of the Brethren. In addition to his mother, he is survived by - Two brothers - Dwane Neil of Brandywine, WV Larry Neil of Sugar Grove, WV Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 8, 2010 at the Crummetts Run Cemetery with Pastor Jason Boggs officiating.
