Terry Lane Hoover, 51, of Staunton, Virginia and formerly of Franklin, WV passed away Saturday, July 9, 2016 at his home.

He was born September 10, 1964 in Harrisonburg, Virginia and was the son of Milton "Keith" Hoover and Madeline Lambert Hoover of Franklin.

He was a 1982 graduate of Franklin High School and had worked at Hanover Shoe Company, Lambert's Construction, Ethan Allan and as a fork truck driver for Interchange, Inc.  Terry was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Franklin.

On April 11, 2000, he married Kerry Warner Hoover, who survives.

One son –

Rusty Lane Hoover (& his fiancée, Halie Bosheers) of Harrisonburg, VA

Two stepdaughters –

Jackie Rexrode (& her companion, Chad Butler) of Raphine, VA

Jolena Halterman (& her husband, John) of Broadway, VA

One stepson –

Joshua Rexrode (& his wife, Haley) of Mathias, WV

One brother –

Randall Hoover (& his wife, Ann) of Fredrick, MD

Two grandchildren –

Kasen Hammer and Krislee Hammer of Franklin, WV

Ten step-grandchildren –

Nicholas Halterman, Rilee Butler, Paylynn Rexrode, Phynlee Rexrode

Jaxon Halterman, Maxine Halterman, Ahraya Bosheers,

Christopher Strack III, Casey Butler and Grayson Butler

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 13 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Franklin with Bishop Jay Hartman and Elder David Hartman officiating.

Interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.

Rodney Hoover, Ronnie Kimble, Dwayne Propst, Chris Lambert, Doug Hartman and Lyle Hartman will serve as his pallbearers.
