Tammy Joseph Popp, 61, of Waynesville, North Carolina, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at her home.

She was born January 28, 1962 at Waynesville, and was the daughter of Winton "Bucky" Joseph of Brandywine, West Virginia and the late Lucille Brock Joseph.

Tammy was a retired nurse, and more recently had been a self-employed entrepreneur.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by a son, Zachary Ryan Popp, and a brother, Webster Brock Joseph.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, December 4, 2023 at Pine Hill Cemetery at Brandywine, West Virginia with Pastor Mike Loudermilk officiating.
