Tammy Sue Pennington, 56, of Franklin, WV passed away Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Teddy Hartman, near Franklin.

She was born October 18, 1963 at Petersburg, WV and was the daughter of the late Harry W. Pennington and Bonnie Elizabeth Pennington.

She is survived by -

Pam Hoover of Colorado Springs, Colorado

Margaret Hedrick (& Rick) of Weyers Cave, Virginia

Connie Hartman (& Teddy) of Franklin, West Virginia

Two brothers -

Harry Pennington, Jr. of Franklin

John Pennington of Franklin

Two nieces -

Crystal Hoover and Mindy Rhodes of Colorado

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday in the funeral home chapel with Pastor David Morris officiating.

Interment will be at the Ruddle Church Cemetery.
