Stearl I. Kimble, 84, of Kearneysville, West Virginia passed away Saturday, October 1, 2022 at Hospice of the Panhandle in Kearneysville.

He was born December 14, 1937 at Brushy Run, West Virginia and was the son of the late Raymond Isaac Kimble and Minnie Susan Alt Kimble.

He was a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy, was a carpenter and Methodist by faith.

On October 5, 1959, he married Betty J. Nelson Kimble, who preceded him in death on June 25, 2007.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Carlos Kimble and Dallas Kimble.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, October 7 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor David Webb officiating.

Interment will be at Lahmansville Cemetery.
