Shirley R. Kile, 81, of Petersburg, WV passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV.

She was born March 25, 1936 at Upper Tract, WV, and was the daughter of the late Eston McKinley Kile and Lucinda Edith Kimble Kile.

She was a homemaker.

Two sons –

Harlan J. Kimble (& Lisa) of Petersburg, WV

Eston J. Kimble of Petersburg, WV

One sister –

Mildred "Meg" Kimble of Upper Tract, WV

One brother –

Reginald (& Inga) Kile of Franklin, WV

Three grandchildren –

Paige Mullenax (& Kent)

Cassie Kimble

Harlee Kimble

Two great-grandchildren –

Liam Corwin and Alisa Smith

And a number of nieces and nephews

She was preceded in death by four brothers – Harlan Kile, Herald Kile, Bunis Kile and Keith Kile and three sisters – Kathleen Simmons, Evelyn Kesner and Maxine Mowery

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Thursday, August 3, 2017 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, August 4, 2017 in the chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin with Rev. Leon Hevener officiating.

Interment will be at Cherry Hill Cemetery at Upper Tract, WV.
