Sherman William "Bill" Kimble, 68, of Upper Tract, WV passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, WV.

He was born November 4, 1952 at Petersburg, WV and was the son of the late Lloyd Vernon "Pete" Kimble and Bessie Virginia Holloway Kimble.

He attended Franklin High School and was a line worker at Adell Polymers for forty years.  Bill was a member of the South Branch Ruritan Club and attended the Cabins Assembly of God Church.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards (especially Rummy), gardening and mowing lawns.

On July 2, 1971, he married Madeline Faye Keplinger Kimble, who survives.

A graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 16 at Cherry Hill Cemetery at Upper Tract.
