Robert Bruce Bennett III, 71, of Franklin, WV passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 near Winchester, Virginia as the result of an automobile accident.
He was born October 24, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland, and was the son of the late Robert Bruce Bennett II and Gloria Bell Bennett.
He was a construction worker.
