Reginald Don Calhoun, 77, of Upper Tract, WV passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin.

He was born October 30, 1941 at Upper Tract, and was the son of the late Verlie Don Calhoun and Arbelia G. Armentrout Calhoun.

He was a 1960 graduate of Franklin High School and had worked as a Highway Construction Inspector Senior for VDOT.  Reginald was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

On March 5, 1982, he married Joyce Hartman Calhoun, who survives.

Three sons –

Jeff Calhoun (& wife, Ella) of Urbana, OH

Joseph Calhoun (& wife, Christina) of Harrisonburg, VA

Matthew Calhoun (& companion, Felicia) of Linville, VA

One sister –

Anna Lucille Farmer (& husband, Kenneth) of Gadsden, Alabama

Two grandchildren –

Silas Don Calhoun and Remington James Calhoun

And his fur babies –

Maxwell and Pooh Bear

He was preceded in death by an infant sister, Jeanette Calhoun

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday with Jay and Jed Hartman officiating, and Bishop Kyle Apple presiding.

Interment will be at Kline Cemetery.
