Nellie E. Davis, 89, of Ft. Seybert, WV died Sunday, January 16, 2011 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV. She was born March 21, 1921 at Milam, West Virginia, and was the daughter of the late Benjamin Franklin Davis and Ella May Payne Davis. Nellie was a homemaker, and for fourteen years, had been a cook's helper at The Star Restaurant, having worked there for five different owners. She loved birds, animals and flowers. She is survived by - One sister - Neva Mae Davis of Ft. Seybert, WV One brother - William Allen Davis of Ft. Seybert, WV She was preceded in death by three brothers - Russell Ervin Davis, James Franklin Davis and Roy Arnold Davis. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at the Davis Family Cemetery at Fort Seybert, WV with Pastor Craig Richter officiating.
