Nancy Ann (Hiser) Mullenax, 81, of Keyser, West Virginia, and formerly of Franklin, passed away Monday, January 26, 2026 at her home.

She was born October 20, 1944, in Morgantown, WV and was the daughter of the late Boyd Hiser, Jr. and Izetta Jewel (Fickey) Hiser.

She was a 1962 graduate of Franklin High School, had worked as a secretary and was "the best mom".

Her husband, Jack Lough Mullenax, preceded her in death on January 22, 2010.

She is survived by –

Two sons –

Jon Lynn Mullenax (Arina) of Dallas, TX

Jay Mullenax of Barnardsville, NC

One sister –

Carolyn Sue Thorn of Keyser, WV

And five grandchildren

The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon – 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin where a funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Michael Loudermilk officiating.

Interment will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin.
