Mrs. Mildred G. Kiser, 80, of Brandywine, West Virginia, died Sunday, April 1, 2012 at her home. She was born August 28, 1931 in Rockingham County, Virginia and was the foster daughter of the late Effie Collier Leap. She and her husband, Edwin C. Kiser, whom she married on September 29, 1951, owned and operated a poultry farm for 50 years. Mildred was a member of the V.F.W. Post 9666 Ladies Auxiliary and Calvary Lutheran Church. She was an avid country music fan and enjoyed playing music at Ed's Park in Hinton, Virginia. In addition to her husband, she is survived by - One son - Roger Kiser (& his wife, Ann) of Brandywine, WV Two daughters - Brenda Fisher (& her husband, Bob) of Brandywine, WV Judy Grimm (& her husband, Bob) of Brandywine, WV Five grandchildren - Rodney Robby Tina Amanda Andrew Two great-grandchildren - Kaleb Logan And two special caregivers - Brenda Stuart and Steve Stump She was preceded in death by one foster sister, Stella Orye. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Sugar Grove Cemetery at Sugar Grove, West Virginia with Pastor Jerry Smith officiating. Kenneth Morris, Steve Stump, Andrew Kiser, Danny Crider, Stacy Moyers and Rod Shanholtz will serve as her pallbearers. Memorials may be made to Pendleton County Rescue Squad, P. O.
