Mary M. Warner, 98, of Franklin, WV died Thursday, August 11, 2011 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin. She was born September 17, 1912 at Riverton, WV and was the daughter of the late Harry Pleasant Snyder and Cora Propst Snyder. She was a homemaker and a foster parent and a member of Faith Lutheran Church. Mary loved flowers and birds. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mason Warner on January 9, 1970 and by her son, Jeff Simmons on August 29, 2008. Surviving are - One son - Freddie Warner of Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV One daughter-in-law - Ruby Simmons of Franklin, WV Two sisters - Gladys Hartman of Franklin, WV Ella Mae Riggleman of Franklin, WV One brother - Curtis Everett Snyder of Pendleton Manor in Franklin, WV Two grandchildren - Jonathan (& his wife, Elizabeth) Simmons of Franklin, WV Mandy Simmons of Franklin, WV And one great-granddaughter - Lindsay Simmons of Franklin, WV Mary was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 PM Sunday, August 14, 2011 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, West Virginia with Revs. Craig and Wendy Richter officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin. Roger Kimble, Jonathan Kimble, Ashley Kimble, Chad Kimble, Arnold Lambert and Dennis Riggleman will serve as her pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM on Sunday at Kimble Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to a charity of choice.
