Marie Hinkle, 81, of Franklin, West Virginia passed away Monday, July 7, 2014 at her home. She was born June 23, 1933 at Mustoe, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Forrest Nelson Turner and Mazie Griffin Turner. She had worked at Hanover Shoe Company for 32 years and was a member of the Franklin Seventh Day Adventist Church. On December 24, 1951, she married Edwin R. Hinkle, who survives. Also surviving are - One daughter - Karen Hinkle of Franklin, WV Two sons - Jim Hinkle of Circleville, WV Tom (& his wife, Angela) Hinkle of Brandywine, WV One sister - Hilda (& her husband, Bill) Conner of Churchville, VA Two brothers - Carl "Pete" (& his wife, Geraldine) Turner of Fishersville, VA Eddie Kyle (& his wife, Ina) Turner of Staunton, VA Six grandchildren And Six great-grandchildren Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, July 12, 2014 in the Chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, West Virginia with Pastor Wrink Shelton officiating. Burial will be at the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM (the time of service) on Saturday at the Kimble Funeral Home.
