Linda Lou Simmons' Obituary
Linda Lou Simmons, 67, formerly of Franklin, WV, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Nella's Nursing Home in Elkins, WV.
She was born March 9, 1950 and was the daughter of the late Emory Lloyd Simmons (1915 - 1993) and Virginia Lena Bryan Simmons (1920 - 2002).
She is survived by -
Five sisters -
Opal Ringgold of Harrisonburg, VA
Juanita Burger of Harrisonburg, VA
Darlene Simmons of Bridgewater, VA
Bonnie Hubart of New Market, VA
Sandra Peck of Elkins, WV
One brother -
Loren Bryan Simmons of Bridgewater, VA
And a number of nieces and nephews
Linda was preceded in death by two brothers, Lester Simmons and Emory "Donnie" Simmons.
Services will be private.
Interment will be in the Thorn Creek Memorial Gardens at Moyers, West Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Harrisonburg First Assembly of God Church Speed Light Missions, 1310 Garbers Church Road, Harrisonburg, VA 22801.
