Linda Sue Shaffer, 53, of Harrisonburg, VA and formerly of Franklin, WV died Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital. She was born October 9, 1956 at Harrisonburg, Virginia and was the daughter of Bobby Hartman of Pendleton Manor, Franklin, WV and the late Mabel Marie Beach Hartman. She is survived by - One sister - Charlotte Moyers of Harrisonburg, VA Two brothers - Wayne Hartman of Franklin, WV Johnny Hartman of Elkton, VA Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, September 13, 2010 at the Kimble Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin with Pastors Daryl Ritchie and Ted Hott officiating. Burial will be at the Hartman Cemetery at Franklin. Memorials may be made to the family.
