Linda Louise Bohrer, 67, of Cumberland, MD and formerly of Paw Paw, WV, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center in Cumberland, MD.

She was born Oct. 1, 1948 and was the daughter of the late Lester Guy Bohrer and Glenna Louise Kidwell Bohrer.

Linda worked all of her life until she became disabled in 2006.  She retired from J. Schoeneman Company and Federal-Mogul (Abex Corporation).  She had also worked at Capitol Records, Inc.  Linda was a member of Local #149 United Auto Workers Union and the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union.  She was a Christian by faith and loved her Lord.  She also enjoyed listening to all music, playing bingo and was a great animal lover.

Two brothers preceded her in death – Jerry Bohrer in 1965 and Denny Bohrer in 2007. Linda was the last surviving member of her immediate family and is survived by nieces and a nephew.

Special thanks to Karen Bittinger for being Linda's caregiver.  Karen was a true, devoted and caring friend.  Many thanks also to Jim and Sissy Meadows for always being there and caring for her.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Kimble Funeral Home, 188 Moser Avenue, Paw Paw, West Virginia.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at Kimble Funeral Home in Paw Paw with Evangelist Richard White officiating.

Interment will be at Mt. Union Christian Church Cemetery at Slanesville, WV.
