Mrs. Leora Florence Grogg, 88, of Sugar Grove, WV died Saturday, June 11, 2011 at the UVA Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. She was born October 12, 1922 at Sugar Grove, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late James P. Puffenbarger and Tina Simmons Puffenbarger. She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Lutheran Church. On July 6, 1945, she married Everett Grogg, who survives. Also surviving are - One daughter - Judy (& husband, Thomas) Austin of Harrisonburg, VA One brother - Harold Puffenbarger of Harrisonburg, VA One grandson - Marshall Austin She was preceded in death by six brothers, Hubert, Earl, Harlan, Lester, James B. and Clyde Puffenbarger and one sister, Shirley Eckard. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, June 16, 2911 at the Calvary Lutheran Church at Sugar Grove with Vicar Jessie Hamme officiating. Burial will be at the Crummetts Run Cemetery.
