Lenza Bennett's Obituary
Lenza Bennett, 83, of Circleville, WV passed away Saturday, October 28, 2017 at his home.
He was born April 13, 1934 at Cherry Grove and was the son of Annie Sponaugle Bennett Kisamore of Circleville and the late Cletus Bennett.
Lenza was a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He was a sawmill worker and a mechanic.
On March 5, 1959, he married Donna Hall Bennett, who preceded him in death on June 27, 2004.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by -
One daughter -
Diane Koch (& husband, Jim) of Bloomingdale, IN
One son -
Stanley Bennett of Circleville, WV
Two sisters -
Mabel Lewis (& husband, Bob) of Dover, OH
Amanda Judy (& husband, Harlan) of Circleville, WV
And four grandchildren -
Diona Baird, Aaron Koch, Kyla Koch and Kala Koch
He was preceded in death by a son, Nathaniel Cletus Bennett and a brother, Lounova Bennett.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Friday, November 3, 2017 at Cherry Grove Baptist Church, where a funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday with Pastor Ted Bennett officiating.
Military honors will be accorded at the church by members of the Pendleton County Veterans Honor Guard.
Interment will be at the Bennett-Judy Cemetery at Cherry Grove.
Jim Koch, Roger Venzin, Chuck Beverage, Wesley Judy, Bob Lewis, Eber Dale Sponaugle and Mike Lewis will serve as Lenza's pallbearers.
