Julia Lynn Turner Kimble, 57, of Upper Tract, WV passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in Petersburg.

She was born December 22, 1959 at Harrisonburg, VA and was the daughter of Evers G. Turner, Sr. and Nancy June Kesner Turner of Upper Tract.

A 1978 graduate of Franklin High School, Julia had worked at Franklin Garment Company and as a C.N.A. at Pendleton Manor.  She attended the Petersburg Church of God.

Surviving in addition to her parents are –

Two sisters –

Tanya Turner (& husband, Lorenza "Bib" Kimble) of Upper Tract, WV

Shannon Harman of Cape Coral, FL

Two brothers –

Evers G. Turner, Jr. (& wife, Kitty) of Franklin, WV

Patrick Turner (& wife, Debbie) of Upper Tract, WV

Two nephews –

Cody Turner & Hunter Turner

One niece –

Jordan Harman

And one great-nephew –

Jacob Harman

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Harrison Turner and Edna Turner, her maternal grandparents, Clarence Kesner and Anna Jeannette Kesner and a niece, Brooke Daphne Turner.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday, April 28, 2017 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 29, 2017 in the chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin with Bishop Aaron Davidson and Bishop Roy Sharp officiating.

Interment will be at Cherry Hill Cemetery in Upper Tract.
