Juanita Mae Richards, 77, of Franklin, WV passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at Sentara RMH.

She was born May 24, 1942 at Moyers, WV and was the daughter of the late Wilton Max Harper and Iva Hoover Harper.

She was a 1961 graduate of Franklin High School, had worked at Wampler Foods and was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.

She is survived by:

One son -

Jeffrey Richards of Greenbrier County, WV

One brother -

Charles (& Anita) Harper of Franklin, WV

A sister-in-law -

Edie Harper of Franklin, WV

A number of nieces and a nephew

And a number of great-nieces and a great-nephew

She was preceded in death by a brother, Wilton Max Harper, Jr.

Her special caregivers were Latisha McDaniel, Janet Judy, Edie Harper, Daisy Hutchinson, Anita Harper and Charles Harper.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM Friday, November 15, 2019 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a service will be held in the funeral home chapel beginning at 11:00 AM with Pastors Jason and Jess Felici officiating.

Inurnment will be in the Harper Cemetery.
