Mr. Joe Allen Vandevander, 69, of Upper Tract, WV died Friday, November 19, 2010 at Grant Memorial Hospital in Petersburg, West Virginia. He was born January 14, 1941 at Upper Tract, WV and was the son of the late Isaac Marshall Vandevander and Hazel Elizabeth Miller Vandevander. He was a Master Electrician and a member of the Christ Central Community Church. On August 13, 1963, he married Mary Grace Dahmer Vandevander who survives. Also surviving are - Two sisters - Joy E. Hartman of Franklin, WV Geraldine S. Hevener of Upper Tract, WV One brother - John R. Vandevander of Upper Tract, WV He was preceded in death by one brother, Isaac Vandevander. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 22, 2010 at Christ Central Community Church near Upper Tract with Rev. Leon Hevener officiating. Burial will be at Kline Cemetery.
