James Edward Bell, 72, of Paw Paw, WV passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 at his home.

He was born November 9, 1948 at Frederick, Maryland and was the son of the late Charles Sumner Bell and Pearl Florence Moore Bell.

He had worked at Fairchild in Hagerstown, MD and retired from Rubbermaid in Winchester, VA.

The family will commemorate his life privately in the Spring of 2021.

Inurnment will be at Woodrow Cemetery.
