Mrs. Helen Virginia Rexrode, 76, of Monterey, VA passed away Tuesday, January 1, 2013 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin. She was born September 24, 1936 at Frank, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late Stephen Barnasky and Blanch Moats Barnasky. She had worked at Hanover Shoe Company. On December 31, 1955, she married LeRay A. Rexrode, who preceded her in death on April 25, 2010. She is survived by - One sister-in-law - Louise Barnisky of Marlinton, WV Special friends - Lori & Chris Simmons and their children, Kayla and Cameron And a number of nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by one brother, Stephen Barnisky and one sister, Mary Barlow. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 PM on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at Cedar Hill Cemetery at Franklin, WV with Rev. Robert Anderson officiating.
