Mr. Harry O. "Buster" Hoover, 90, of Moyers, WV died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin. He was born September 20, 1918 at Moyers and was the son of the late Ernest Clemin Hoover and Mary Jane Rexrode Hoover. He had worked at the B.J. Aulde Sawmill and for sixteen years as a heavy equipment operator for the West Virginia Dept. of Highways. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. On January 23, 1943, he married Bessie Elizabeth Waybright Hoover, who preceded him in death November 14, 2003. He is survived by - Two sons - Delbert Olin Hoover of Moyers, WV Roger D. (& his wife, Donna) Hoover of Franklin, WV Two sisters - Iva M. Harper of Franklin, WV Bonnie J. Wimer of Franklin, WV One grandson - Tim (& his wife, Jennifer) Hoover of Bridgewater, VA One granddaughter - Delberta (& her husband, Steven Lee) Rhinehart of Grottoes, VA Three great-grandchildren - Allison & Morgan Hoover and Steven Dale Rhinehart He was preceded in death by one brother, Charles Leo Hoover and one sister, Betty Harper. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, July 4, 2009 at the St. John's Lutheran Church at Moyers, WV with Pastors Craig and Wendy Richter officiating. Burial will be at the Rexrode-Hoover Cemetery at Moyers. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Friday, July 3 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.
