Glenville William Alt, 71, of Upper Tract, WV passed away Monday, December 10, 2018 at his home.

He was born January 6, 1947 at Brushy Run, WV and was the son of the late Curtis L. Alt and Goldie Kimble Alt.

Glenville was a 1966 graduate of Franklin High School, and did construction work as a concrete finisher.

On December 9, 1966, he married Ilene Waggy Alt, who survives.

Michael A. Alt (& his wife, Denise) of Upper Tract, WV

Nathan Berg of Upper Tract, WV

Two brothers –

Norman Alt (& his wife, Sarah) of Lacey Springs, VA

Denton Alt (& his wife, Martha) of Upper Tract, WV

And four grandchildren - Travis and Brandon Alt, Eric and Lucinda Simmons

A brother, Larry Alt, preceded him in death.

The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 13 with Elder Stephen Kimble officiating.

Interment will be at the Kimble Cemetery at Upper Tract, WV.
