Gibson Blake Fravel, 18, of Paw Paw, unexpectedly went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 18, 2022.

He was born October 1, 2004 at Cumberland, Maryland, and was the son of Justin Fravel and Talia Bosley Fravel.

He was a Senior at Paw Paw High School and loved hunting, fishing and basketball.  He enjoyed eating, especially Asian cuisine, and playing baseball.  He spent a lot of time teaching his brother, Harlan, about sports.  Gibson worked the last two summers in lawn care and enjoyed being outdoors.  He loved taking vacations at the Outer Banks each year. He attended the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Mason Fravel, and his maternal grandfather, David Bosley.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, October 25 at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church, where a funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 26 with Pastor Earl Travis officiating.

A private interment will be at Woodrow Cemetery.
