George Thomas Watson, 49, of Franklin, WV passed away at his home on Friday, July 30, 2021.

He was born December 30, 1971 at Miami, FL and was the son of Deborah Lee Watson of Virginia.

He was a 1991 graduate of Lake Weir High School and later graduated from a diving academy in Jacksonville, FL.  He worked as an offshore diver for Global-Technip.  In 2018 he became a water plant supervisor for the Town of Franklin.  In his spare time, he enjoyed trucks, hunting, camping, grilling and sitting around a fire with friends.

On December 27, 1996 he married Regina Elizabeth Campbell Watson, who survives.

Christopher Watson of Florida

Mary Packard of Florida

Alyce Watson of Virginia

Nine grandchildren and one on the way

And his father-in-law and mother-in-law -

Tom and Jerri Campbell of Franklin

His body has been cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
