Mr. Freddie Hansford Warner, 66, of Franklin, West Virginia died Monday, October 10, 2011 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin. He was born June 5, 1945 at Cherry Grove, WV and was the son of his birth parents, the late Clarence Smith and Nola Lamb Smith Hedrick and his adoptive parents, the late Mason Warner and Mary Snyder Warner. He had worked as a forklift operator for nineteen years at Coca-Cola Bottling, and was a member of the Eagles and the Moose Lodge. Freddie is survived by - One daughter - Felicia Hill (& her husband, Kevin) of Dayton, VA Two brothers - Bud Lamb (& his wife, Betty) of North Carolina Floyd Smith (& his wife, Patsy) of Montrose, WV Two sisters - Mary Heaton of Norton, WV Geneva Rezich of Allen Park, MI Two grandchildren - Amaya and Trenton Hill of Dayton, VA A number of nieces and nephews, including two special nieces - Anita "Sugar Pop" Simmons of Detroit, MI Karen Shifflett (& her husband, Mick)of Belington, WV He was preceded in death by - Four brothers - George, Carl, Frankie & Jeff One nephew - Donald Powers His niece, Anita's husband - Jerry Jackson The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 1:45 PM Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Franklin with Rev. Craig Richter and Rev. Seminarian Jean Caudill officiating.
