Freda Kay Miller, 87, of Paw Paw, passed away at Berkeley Springs Healthcare Center on Wednesday, December 4, 2024  from complications of Alzheimer's disease.

She was born January 17, 1937 in Paw Paw to the late Lloyd P. and Odessa Santymire Hardy.

She married her high school sweetheart, William K. Miller, on May 17, 1953.  He preceded her in death on Jan 20, 2017.  She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Lou Hook and Ruby Mehrmann.

Freda retired as a cook at Paw Paw Schools.  She was a homemaker and loved to cook and bake.  She was active in the Paw Paw Senior Center, and sang with the Silver Bells and in the Paw Paw United Methodist Church choir for many years.  She attended the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church in Paw Paw.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Sunday, December 8 at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church in Paw Paw.

Graveside services will be private.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church with Pastor Earl Travis officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church.
