Mr. Fred Meade, 85, of Warren, Ohio passed away Sunday, July 7, 2013 at his home. He was born November 27, 1927 in Cumberland, MD and was the son of the late Carl Meade and Naomi Parker Meade. Fred had worked in orchards and at ABEX in Winchester, VA. He was a Veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. Surviving are - His wife - Thelma Eugene Bullett Meade Four daughters - Irene Meyers (& Earl) of Paw Paw, WV Brenda Cartwright (& Steve Stone) of Winchester, VA Connie Johnson (& Darrell) of Texas Elaine (& Sylvester) Trice of McConnellsburg, PA Three sons - Ralph Bullett (& Felicia) of Warren, OH Leonard Bullett (& Freda) of Paw Paw, WV Mike Bullett (& Janice) of Missouri One sister - Madeline Meade of Cumberland, MD Two brothers - Theodore Meade of Cumberland, MD George Meade of Cumberland, MD Nine grandchildren He was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Meade and Carl Meade and two sisters, Helen Meade and Carolyn Washington. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Thursday, July 11, 2013 at the Kimble Funeral Home, 188 Moser Avenue, Paw Paw, West Virginia with Pastor Richard White officiating. The family will receive friends at Kimble Funeral Home from 11:00 AM Thursday until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Burial will be at Camp Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw, West Virginia with military graveside services conducted by members of the Cumberland American Legion Post #13 Veterans Honor Guard.
