Frank Vance, Jr., 87, of Seneca Rocks, WV passed away Friday, October 10, 2025 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin, where he had resided for six years.

He was born September 16, 1938 at Onego, West Virginia and was the son of the late Frank Vance, Sr. and Edith Mae Hartman Vance.

He was a farmer and attended Roaring Creek Mennonite Church.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 14 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, October 15 at the Vance Family Cemetery at Seneca Rocks with Greg Adamson officiating.
