Elizabeth Gallen, 90, of Brandywine, West Virginia and formerly of Williamstown, New Jersey, died Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at her home. She was born October 24, 1920 at Philadelphia, PA and was the daughter of the late Adrian Brown and Ann Neff Brown. She was a homemaker. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Gallen on August 22, 2006.
