Dollie Nora Spencer, 91, of Paw Paw, WV died Thursday, December 15, 2022 at UPMC in Cumberland, Maryland.

She was born September 24, 1931 in Paw Paw to the late David Marcellus Anderson and Jane Creo (Brumback) Anderson.

Her husband, Charles A. Spencer, Jr.,  died in 1997.

Dollie had worked at Consolidated Orchards and was a caregiver.  She was a member of the Paw Paw United Methodist Church.

Two daughters –

Dixie Dennis (husband, Greg) of Anaheim, CA

Betty Green of Hagerstown, MD

Four sisters –

Candy Williams of Warren, OH

Joann Stoutamire of Warren, OH

Rose Bell of Warren, OH

Maxine Craig of Warren, OH

One brother -

James Anderson of Warren, OH

A number of grandchildren, including a special granddaughter, Missy Brown of Arizona, whom she raised like a daughter, and a special grandson, Anthony Tony Spencer of Martinsburg, whom she raised like a son

And a number of great–grandchildren

She was preceded in death by three sons, one daughter, five sisters and three brothers.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 18, 2022 from 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM at the Paw Paw United Methodist Church, where a funeral service will be held Sunday at 2:00 PM with Pastor Darlene Powers officiating.

Interment will be at Camp Hill Cemetery at Paw Paw.
