Mr. Dennis Willard Carr, 70, of Charles Town, WV passed away May 1, 2018 at Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda, MD.

He was born September 25, 1947 at and was the son of the late Melvin Curtis Carr and Charlotte Mae Kline Carr.

He worked in industrial manufacturing.

Dennis was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Lee Grant Carr.

His body has been cremated and services were private.

Inurnment was at Camp Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw.
