Debra Ann Miller, 48, of Great Cacapon, West Virginia, died Sunday, February 12, 2012 at her home. She was born August 12, 1963 at Berkeley Springs, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late Emma Lee Barker Stinebaugh. Debra had worked at Lear Corp in Winchester, Virginia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Miller. Surviving are - Four sisters - Sylvia Decker of Great Cacapon, WV Donna Bailey of Berkeley Springs, WV Emma Mae Stinebaugh of Great Cacapon, WV Rose Bivins of Big Cove Tannery, PA Three brothers - James Stinebaugh of Great Cacapon, WV Danny Stinebaugh of Great Cacapon, WV Terry Stinebaugh of Chambersburg, PA A celebration of life service will be held at 7:00 PM Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Paw Paw Church of Christ in Paw Paw, West Virginia with Minister Richard White officiating.
