Clara Mae Johnson's Obituary
Clara Mae Johnson, 89, of White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Greenbrier Valley Medical Center in Ronceverte, West Virginia.
She was born August 28, 1926 at Nitro, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late William S. Lavender and Garnet Gay Racer Lavender.
She was retired from Parkway Supermarket in St. Albans, WV and was Protestant by faith.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Johnson on April 8, 1996 and also by one granddaughter, Kimberly Gay McDowell.
Surviving are –
One daughter –
Judy Gay Raynes (& David) of White Sulphur Springs, WV
Three sons –
Charles E. Clark ( & Margaret) of Stockport, OH
James E. Johnson, Jr. of Cross Lanes, WV
Charles Johnson of Hurricane, WV
One brother –
Charles E. Lavender (& Carol) of Oviedo, FL
Three grandchildren – Raymond, Raquel and Betsy
And three great-grandchildren – Jacob, Lucas and Zachary
All services will be private.
