Mr. Christopher Lewis Barr, 46, of Harrisonburg, VA died Thursday, September 24, 2009 at Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg. He was born October 10, 1962 at Jackson, Michigan and was the son of the late Ralph Lewis Barr and Patricia Hamblin Barr. He worked as a stocker at Roses Dept. Store and was a driver for City Yellow Cab. On June 27, 1987, he married Wanda Faye Hoover Barr, who survives. Also surviving are - One son - Christopher Payton Barr of Harrisonburg, VA Two half sisters One half brother His mother-in-law and father-in-law - Jim and Jane Hoover of Franklin, WV Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 27, 2009 at the Chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, WV with Rev. Robert Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery at Franklin. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
