Charles Alonzo Spencer, Jr., 68, of Hagerstown, MD passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Meritus Health in Hagerstown, MD.

He was born June 7, 1950 at Harrisburg, PA and was the son of Dolly Anderson Spencer of The Lions Center in Cumberland, MD and the late Charles A. Spencer, Sr.

He had worked for Stroehmann Bakeries.

Gilbert Spencer of Paw Paw, WV

Norman Spencer of The Lions Center in Cumberland, MD

Sixteen grandchildren and

Nine great-grandchildren

Two brothers, James Spencer and Herman Spencer and a sister, Frances Marie Spencer preceded him in death.

The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM Thursday, February 28, 2019 at the Paw Paw United Methodist Church where a funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM with Rev. Darlene Powers officiating.

Interment will be at Camp Hill Cemetery, Paw Paw.
