Mr. Charles Junior Bennett, 61, of Circleville, West Virginia passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia. He was born September 1, 1954 in Keyser, West Virginia and was the son of the late Charles Bennett, Sr. and Ruby Lambert Bennett. Charlie was a 1977 graduate of Circleville High School, where he played in the band. He had worked for the U.S. Forest Service, Bath County Pump Storage Project and North Fork Disposal. Charlie enjoyed hunting, fishing and doing word search puzzles and jigsaw puzzles. He never married. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several sisters and brothers, aunts, uncles and cousins. Surviving are - One sister - Norma Jean Bennett and her companion, Johnny Whetzel of Riverton, WV One nephew - Anthony G. Sponaugle of Petersburg, WV One niece - Deleney K. Ours of Maysville, WV Four great-nieces - Ashley, Angelia, Kaithlyn Kimble of Maysville, WV Andrea Sponaugle of Upper Tract, WV One great-nephew - Christopher of Beckley, WV And several cousins A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in the Chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home with Richard Warner officiating. Interment will follow in the Bland-Raines Cemetery at Riverton. The family will receive friends from 10:00 - 11:00 AM Tuesday at Kimble Funeral Home.
