Charles Allen "Charlie" Crigler's Obituary
Charles Allen "Charlie" Crigler, 60, of Brandywine, West Virginia passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Sentara RMH in Harrisonburg, VA.
He was born July 2, 1955 in Franklin, West Virginia and was the son of the late Charles Curtis Crigler and Judith Fern Smith Crigler.
Charlie was a 1974 graduate of Franklin High School, a member of the Franklin Presbyterian Church and a past member of the Franklin Volunteer Fire Dept. He owned and operated Crigler's Auto Body Shop in Brandywine for nineteen years, worked for Truck Enterprises for seven years and as an insurance adjuster for Maryland Auto Insurance Fund for nine years.
On March 30, 1975, he married Deborah Mae Hoover Crigler, who survives.

His stepmother – Phyllis Crigler of Charlotte, NC
His mother-in-law - Patricia Ann Hoover of Brandywine, WV
One sister – Charlene Glascoe (& husband, Bobby) of Camp Springs, MD
One brother – John Michael Crigler (& wife, Betty) of Mt. Crawford, VA
Three stepsisters –
Delores Blanton (& husband, Dennis) of Charlotte, NC
Phyllis Love of Charlotte, NC
Barbara Reynolds of Flaunden, SD
And a number of nieces, nephews and cousins
The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Eugene Shaver officiating.
Interment will be at Pine Hill Cemetery in Brandywine.
Memorials may be made to Pendleton Rescue Squad, P. O. Box 727, Franklin, WV 26807 or the American Heart Association.
The casket will be closed.
