Casey Ryan Kiser, 16, of Franklin, WV passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at his home. He was born May 27, 1994 at Harrisonburg, VA and was the son of Tim Kiser of Upper Tract, WV and Jodie Propst Gardner and Rich Gardner of Franklin, WV. Casey was a Junior at Pendleton County High School, where he was a member of the Soccer and Track Teams. He also attended South Branch Vocational and Technical School and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where he was active in the church youth group. Also surviving are - Maternal Grandmother - Mary Jane Santelli of Franklin, WV Maternal Grandfather - Stanley Propst of Franklin, WV Paternal Grandfather - Johnny Kiser of Branchland, WV Step-Grandmother - Roma Gardner of Woodstock, GA Three Sisters - Hillary Kiser of Franklin, WV Chynna Kiser of Franklin, WV Keira Gardner of Franklin, WV One Brother - Dusty Kiser of Upper Tract, WV Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, December 12, 2010 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Franklin with David Hartman and Bishop Ronnie Kimble officiating. Burial will be at Cedar Hill Cemetery at Franklin. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Saturday, December 11, 2010 at the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin.
