Carole Brown, 84, of Paw Paw, West Virginia died Sunday, April 12, 2009 at Western Maryland Health System Memorial Campus at Cumberland, MD. She was born August 30, 1924 at Paw Paw, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late Wilson L. Moreland and Sara Elsie Oliver Moreland. She had been an orchard worker and had worked at Raygold Cabinets. She was a member of the Paw Paw Church of Christ. On July 3, 1945 she married Austin J. Brown, who preceded her in death on April 6, 2001. Surviving are - Two daughters - Karen Smith of Paw Paw, WV Vicki Campbell of Paw Paw, WV One son - Austin "Dump" Brown of Paw Paw, WV Seven grandchildren - Dawn Weese, Shane Smith, Slade Stotler, Brandon Stotler, Shanna Poniris, Crystal Brown and Susan Anderson And four great-grandchildren Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Kimble Funeral Home in Paw Paw with Pastor Herman Goede officiating. Burial will be at Camp Hill Cemetery at Paw Paw. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 PM Monday, April 13, 2009 at Kimble Funeral Home in Paw Paw.
