Brian Michael Shobe, 48, of Franklin, West Virginia, went to his heavenly home on Friday, December 16, 2022.

He was born October 18, 1974 at Elkins, West Virginia and was the son of Martha Hedrick McGee of Elkins and the late James Monroe Shobe, and the stepson of Walter McGee of Elkins.

He worked at Redbud Hill Naturals and was a former truck driver for Matheson.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

On August 5, 2016 he married Wendy Renee Hutchison Shobe, who survives.

And numerous nieces and nephews

Preceding him in death in addition to his father were his grandparents, Charles and Nellie Shobe and Arthur and Lucy Hedrick, and a stepbrother, Ralph McGee.

A joint Celebration of Life Service for Brian and his father, the late James Monroe Shobe, will be held at Redeeming Grace Outreach Worship Center, 81 Evick Drive in Franklin on Thursday, December 29 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Jason Boggs officiating.
