Brian Nicholas Ratliff, 42, of Baltimore, Maryland passed away unexpectedly Sunday, November 29, 2020 at the home of his parents in Franklin.

He was born June 28, 1978 at Takoma Park, Maryland and was the son of Roland and Martha Jane Currence Ratliff of Franklin.

He was a traffic control specialist for AWP (Area Wide Protective).  His hobbies were hunting, fishing, front porch sitting, sitting by a fire pit, going to the mountains and the beach, Baltimore Ravens football, Baltimore Orioles baseball and Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Chase Elliott Nascar racing.

His wife, Tina Monday Ratliff, whom he married September 16, 2019 and a stepson, Tobias Wesley Dean Winingar.

His body has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, December 5, 2020 in the chapel of the Kimble Funeral Home, 80 South Main Street, Franklin with Rev. Michael Loudermilk officiating.
