Mrs. Bonnie H. Eye, 87, of Franklin, WV died Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Pendleton Manor in Franklin. She was born March 19, 1925 at Cave, West Virginia and was the daughter of the late George Washington Halterman and Clara Simmons Halterman. She retired from Pendleton Manor after working 25 years as laundry supervisor. Bonnie was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and Sugar Grove V.F.W. Post 9666 Ladies Auxiliary. On November 23, 1946, she married Charles A. "Jim" Eye, who survives. Also surviving are - Two daughters - Deanna Belter of San Diego, CA Debra Alt of Franklin, WV One brother - Clemet Halterman of Franklin, WV Six grandchildren And five great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by one son, Charles David Eye. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, October 25, 2012 at Faith Lutheran Church in Franklin with Pastors Jason and Jess Felici officiating. Burial will be at St. John Lutheran Cemetery at Moyers, West Virginia. Allen Eye, Todd Eye, Christopher Eye, Eddie Caplinger, Derek Nesselrodt and Brian Landis will serve as her pallbearers. Friends may call after 9:00 AM Tuesday at the Kimble Funeral Home in Franklin, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday, October 24.
